As a Design Practice Lead and Director, I specialize in building and scaling high-performing teams that bridge the gap between human-centered design and strategic business value. My career has been defined by a passion for moving “upstream”—transitioning from tactical execution to strategic design thinking that solves complex enterprise challenges. Whether I am scaling a practice from a small team to over 100 members or building a new capability from the ground up, my focus remains on fostering healthy, collaborative environments where people can thrive.

At UDig, I am energized by the opportunity to shape how design influences the entire organization. I believe technology should always serve people, and I am particularly focused on thoughtfully integrating AI tools into the design process to enhance operational excellence. Beyond the screen, I am a community advocate and an avid gardener who believes the best solutions—like the best gardens—require patience, observation, and a deep understanding of the environment in which they grow.
